How do Uploads Work?

The XML Infinity system is based around a publishing model for content. This means you can produce all of your content and preview it on the XML Infinity servers without it "going live" until you want it to.

At some point you will want some or all of your content to go live and XML Infinity manages this process for you.

If you are on our basic packages [XML Element or XML Element+] then you will have a limited number of uploads you can perform per month. However we know that sometimes you notice things after the fact so we don't charge you for every single upload you do, just each uploading "session".

This means that you can upload as many or few files [individually or in batches] as you like in a single session. When you log out of this session you will then have the upload removed from your account.

If you have an error come back during an upload session then you will not lose the upload from your account.

Even though you are given uploads on a monthly basis, you can carry them over indefinitely. As a small business, we know that sometimes you will do more than usual and sometimes you may not do any for a little while. It will all depend on the seasonal nature of your business.

If you find you have used up your monthly allocation you can always get a pre-paid pack of 5 or 20 uploads which you can keep in the bank for peak periods. If your situation changes and you start finding you are using more or less than your allocation each month you can always upgrade or downgrade to a different package.
