Leaving the XML Infinity system

Obviously it will be a sad day for us if you decide to leave and stop using the XML Infinity system but unlike some other CMS tools we don't lock you in to a set of proprietary code and undocumented data sources with fragmented content.

If you decide not to renew your contract with XML Infinity for whatever reason we will give you access to the following pieces of code and content:

• Your XSD Schema that defines how your content is modelled and your content rules
• All of the XML files created on the XML Infinity servers
• All of the assets uploaded to the XML Infinity servers
• Translated output code as produced on the last day of your contract

As you are licencing an application for a period of time, you won't get access or rights to the XML Infinity Source Code that produces the XML Infinity CMS or any component of the XML Infinity Technology Core. The XML Infinity CMS and XML Infinity Technology Core are, and will remain, the Intellectual Property of Transition Media UK.

The code that is available for you after your contract expires will be packaged up on a CD or DVD.
